1 cup of saltless pistachios
4 cups of water
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla stick (optional)
A pinch of salt
Preparation of
Leave the pistachios in water for at least 4 hours or one night.
Filter the water of the soaked pistachios and pass through the blender with 4 cups of water.
Mix the mixture at high speed until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
Pass the mixture through a fine porous strainer or cheesecloth and strain it into a large bowl and squeeze as much milk as possible.
Put the milk back into the mixer and add sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix again until well.
Transfer the milk to a jar and store it in the refrigerator. In this way, you can store up to 5 days. Shake the milk thoroughly before using it.

Pasta Sauce with Pistachio Recipe Ingredients
2 cups of raw pistachios
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice
