Here are the necessary materials and recipes to make Chana Curry: Ingredients: 2 cups of black chickpeas, 6-8 hours in water kept and boiled
2 tablespoons of oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon of red pepper
1 tablespoon of garam fairy tale
Salt, black pepper
1 cup of water
2 spoonful butter
Fresh coriander leaves
Preparation: Put the oil in a saucepan and heat. Add the onion and garlic and roast.
Add the tomatoes and mix by adding the tomato paste.
Add ginger, garlic powder, cumin powder, red powder pepper, garam fairy tale, salt and pepper. Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the boiled black chickpea and mix.
Add water and mix.
Cook the lid closed over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the butter and mix.
Serve by adding fresh coriander leaves.
