In a small bowl, mix pepper, powdered red pepper, salt, sesame and black rice vinegar (or soy sauce).
Provide another deep, dry, heat -resistant container. Place a fine porous strain on it.
Pour the oil into a small pan. Add the spices and aromatics for oil. Cook over low heat. When the green onions return to brown, close the stove immediately.
Pour the oil through the empty bowl. Throw everything attached to the hand.
Add half of the pepper mixture to the oil. You have to see you bubble intensely. Add the rest when foaming calms down. Mix well with a clean dry spoon.
Leave to cool without a lid. Then transfer into a container you want. Wait at least 12 hours before using it to combine all flavors.
How to hide? The life of pepper oil is about 2 months in the kitchen cabinet (away from dry, cool and direct sunlight). This time in the refrigerator is about 6 months.
