Vegan Berry Protein Shake
1 spoon (25 g) vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen mixed fruits
1 handful of spinach (optional)
1 cup of lean milk
1 tablespoon cashew or almond paste
1/2 tablespoon chia seed or flaxseed (optional)
Ice if necessary
Peanut butter protein shake
1 spoon (25G) vanilla protein powder
