Traditionally, this recipe, which was prepared when Christmas approached, was first produced for the first time in the late 1500s.

How to make Stollen bread? Stollen is not very laborious or difficult to prepare. However, it has a long waiting time that requires patience. So much so that the completely cooling stollen can be left to rest until 3 weeks!

Stollen Recipe Ingredients
1 cup of seedless yellow raisins
Quarter cup currants
1 tablespoon of candied lemon peel -you can make it or get it ready-
1 tablespoon of candied orange peel -you can do it or get it ready-
2 tablespoons ROM
1.5 cups of flour
Half a cup of milk -ism-
1 pack of instant dry yeast
10 tablespoons of salt -free butter -at the temperature –
1 tablespoon of marzipan or almond paste
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of lemon, orange grated -inn-
Quarter spoon powder ginger
Quarter spoon dust cinnamon

Half a glass of dice almonds

3 tablespoons of salt -free butter -Eritable-
2 cups of powdered sugar
Preparation of
Mix raisins, currants, lemon peel, orange peel and rum in a small bowl the day before preparing bread. Cover it and let it rest at room temperature one night. (If you don’t want to use ROM, you can do this with water. If you are going to use water, you can download the waiting time for up to 4 hours.)
The next day, mix 3/4 cup flour, milk and yeast well.
Then cover this mixture for 30 minutes to swell in a warm corner.
When the rest ends, add all the remaining flour and butter, almond paste, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, yenibahar and cloves.
When the ingredients are completely mixed, cover it again and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Include the almonds with almonds in the mixture of raisins, lemon peel, orange peel and rum.
Put the rest dough on the counter. And broadcast on the dough with raisin mixture.
Gently fold the edges of the dough so that the mixture of raisins remains inside. Slowly kneading the grape mixture equally distributed in the bread.
At the end of this mixing process, let your dough almost ready for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts after rest.
Start heating your oven at 180 degrees.
Roll the two pieces long and send them to the oven separately on the greasy paper.
Cook for about 35 minutes until the breads get golden color.
At the end of the time, wait for 1 – 2 minutes to the oven, then lubricate it with melted salt -free butter and find it into powdered sugar.
Soak at room temperature to cool completely.
Your Christmas Stollen bread is ready! After completely cool, you can serve your bread. For a higher aroma and crispy taste, you can wrap your bread well and store it in the refrigerator for 3 weeks and serve it.
