This ayurvedic mixture is made by processing an average of 50 healing plants and the final product has a consistency -like consistency with fruit jam and a sweet, sour and spicy taste.
The mixture is sticky and has a brownish black tone.
Chyawanprash helps toxins excrete from the body and supports heart health by lowering cholesterol levels.
It increases vitality due to its antioxidant properties and slows down the aging process.
As a brain tonic, Chyawanprash can also help improve brain functions such as memory.
What’s in Chyawanprash? Chyawanprash is made of numerous plants and plant extracts that have proven medical features. Chyawanprash’s real formula is said to be a few thousand years old.

How to use Chyawanprash? It can usually be taken with warm milk on an empty stomach or before meals.
It can also be taken at night, preferably 1-2 hours after meal.
1 to 2 teaspoons for adults are recommended for Chyawanprash and ½ teaspoon for children.
You can also get Chyawanprash with warm almond milk or water instead of normal milk.
It is best to consume Chyawanprash within one year from the date of production. If the time extends, it causes the therapeutic power of the mixture to be lost.

Is it safe to buy Chyawanprash every day? It can be taken daily, but it is important not to overdo them.
Excessive intake can cause indigestion, abdominal bloating and diarrhea.
