Zhug, Skug, Skhug or Zhoug sauce; Hot pepper, garlic, coriander and spice mixture is a popular Middle Eastern flavor. Specifically, it is specific to Yemen cuisine.
This bitter sauce is usually served by rubbing meat and vegetables as well as bread.
How to make Zhoug sauce? Ingredients 1 cup of fresh coriander -aprak-
Half a cup of fresh parsley -Naprak-
4-6 fresh green peppers (such as Jalapeno or Serrano), the seeds were removed
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of powder cumin
1 teaspoon of powdered coriander
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of dust black pepper
Quarter cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation of
Clean and remove the leaves and parsley leaves.
Combine coriander, parsley, hot pepper, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper in a kitchen processor or mixer.
Mix the mixture until the mixture is finely chopped.
Slowly add olive oil and lemon juice while the machine is running.
Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.

How to use Zhug sauce? To use the sauce, you can add a small amount of tomato paste on your favorite dishes.
You can serve it to drive on bread in breakfasts.
This sauce is very compatible with grilled meats such as chicken or beef. It can also be used for Tacos, wrap and sandwiches.
