Aurora Sos (Sos Oror); Unlike most tomatoes based sauce, not bright and red; A delicious sauce.
The sauce is prepared by adding tomatoes to a classic French sauce you choose. It is also known as aurore, a French word, which means “sunrise” because of its pleasant pinkish color.
A fundamental bechamel sauce, veloute sauce, supreme sauce or allemande (German) sauce is generally preferred for Aurora preparation.
Basically what is done is to add some tomato puree to a creamy classic sauce recipe!
We, in this article, we chose to share one of the prepared with Bechamel Sauce. In this form, we will also obtain sauce vegetarian consumption is also suitable.

This creamy sauce with tomatoes is very compatible with eggs, vegetables, fish, chicken and pasta.
Materials
For Bechamel Sauce:
3 tablespoons of butter
Half a small white onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of flour (reconstruction)
1 liter full -fat milk
A pinch of grated muscat or dust muscat -depending on the best-
1 bay leaves -depending on the other-
Salt

Preparation of
For bechamel sauce, add butter and onion to a large saucepan over medium heat. Sweeten the onions with salt and cook until it becomes translucent and aromatic.
Add the flour. Cook flour and butter for about 3 to 4 minutes. The smell of flour should come out. When the smell of flour surrounds around, slowly start to add the milk. Do not forget to mix. In the meantime, add the amulet and bay leaves and add some more salt.
Boil slowly by mixing the milk-un mixture frequently. Get an intense consistency. Make sure that the milk comes to the boiling point to avoid the taste of raw flour.
Remove from the stove when the bechamel sauce boil and consistency. Add the tomato puree, cook for another minute, remove the bay leaf from the sauce and discard.
You can use the sauce immediately or store it in the refrigerator as implicit.
