Canton -style chicken is a Chinese cuisine. This meal usually consists of fried chicken pieces and served with a sweet, salty, sour and spicy sauce. Canton -style chicken recipes may be different, but usually the following steps are monitored:

500 grams of chicken breast or thigh, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
For the sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
Preparation of
Mix the chicken pieces in a bowl with corn starch, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add sunflower oil. After the oil heated, add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry for about 6-8 minutes or fry until the chicken is completely cooked.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the chickens you cook in the pan.
Mix the chickens and serve until the sauce is darker.
Canton -style chicken is usually served with boiled rice or noodles of China. You can also decorate with garnish such as green onions or sesame seeds.

Canton -style rice canton -style rice is a type of rice specific to Chinese cuisine. This rice can be prepared with chicken, shrimp, vegetables or other meats and contains a sweet, salty and spicy flavor.

2 cups of rice
3 cups of chicken broth
1 cubed chicken breast
1 cubed carrot
1 cubed cubed celery
1 cubed onion
1 cubed red pepper chopped
1 cubed yellow pepper

2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Wash the rice thoroughly and strain. Boil the chicken broth and add the rice to the water.
Cook over low heat until the rice is removed. Then close the bottom of the stove and leave to rest the rice.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken breast. Roast until the chickens are cooked and then transfer the oil out of the chicken into a container.
In the pan, sauté carrots, celery, onion, red pepper and yellow pepper.
Mix soy sauce, honey, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Add this mixture to chicken oil.
Add the sautéed vegetables to rice and add the chicken breast. Add the mixture with soy sauce to rice and mix well.
Cook the rice for a few more minutes and serve.
