CRUMBLE (crambil) is a crisp, butter, squeak recipe that converts any fruit into a striking dessert. The first option to make crumbles is the first option. However, Ayvalı, Peach, Tangerine, Apricot, Forest Fruit Crumbles are also great.
In any season, you can choose any fruit or fruit combination.
The bottom of the Crumble is softened with water from the fruits, while both crisp and serrated filled. Crumble has a more pronounced fruit taste for pie. And the rate of fruit used is more than pie.
Generally, a minimum amount of sugar or spices is allowed and natural flavor from the fruit is allowed.
For the crumble crumbs, flour and darkened sugar are used.
Adding a teaspoon of baking soda to the flour mixture makes the crumbled hill softer.

CRUMBLE RECIPE MATERIALS

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder
Half a teaspoon of dust cinnamon (optional)
Quarter teaspoon salt

Heat the oven to 190 degrees and cover the baking container with butter, put aside.
Chop the fruits in the middle size – in the size of the sized, and remove the stems, seeds or the eaten parts.
Mix the fruit with sugar, lemon juice, corn starch and spices in a large bowl. Taste it and set the sugar ratio.
Transfer this fruit fill to the baking tray.
For crumbs, beat flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Divide the butter into several large pieces and throw them into dry ingredients. Using your fingers or a fork, feed the butter to dry ingredients until large, heavy crumbs are formed.
Pour the crumbled crumbs evenly over the fruits.
Cook for 30 to 35 minutes until the waters of the fruits are foaming from the edges and the hill is touched.
Wait Crumble to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
