Ingredients: 2.5 cups of flour
1/2 cups of honey
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cups of milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoons carbonate
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ginger
1/4 teaspoon of clove powder
1/4 teaspoon Muscat
Preparation: Set the oven to 170 degrees and lubricate a rectangular cake mold.
Sift and mix flour, baking powder, carbonate, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmegs into a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk honey, sugar, milk and eggs.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into liquid ingredients and mix until they get a homogeneous dough.
Pour the dough into the prepared mold and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
After removing it from the oven, allow the cake to cool in the mold for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the mold and slice it the way you want.
Before serving the pyanics, you can decorate it by pouring powdered sugar or vanilla cream.
