Routi with banana and chick is one of the most popular versions. Banana Roti Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 Mature Banana
1/4 cups of milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of oil
Preparation: Crush the banana with the help of a fork.
Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Then add banana puree, milk, honey and oil and knead.
Let the dough rest a little.
Cut the walnut -sized pieces from the dough and roll in your hand to give a thin circle shape.
Cook over low heat on a pan or sheet. Serve the route that you cook both sides hot.

Preparation: Boil the chicken breast and cut into small pieces.
Chop the dry onion, tomato, green pepper and red pepper into small cubes.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry by adding the chopped vegetables.
Crush the garlic and add to the roasted vegetables.
Add the tomato paste and mix.
Add the boiled chicken pieces into the vegetables.
Add black pepper and thyme and mix well.
For the dough, mix flour, oil and salt.
Knead the dough by adding hot water gradually.
Divide the dough into an equal piece of 6-8 and sprinkle each piece on the counter and open it with a rolling pin.
Put the dough into the dough and close the edges and give a round shape.
Cook in Teflon pan or in the sheet.
Serve hot.
