Cook for about 20-25 minutes over low heat.
Remove the pot from the stove and pass the soup through the blender.
Add vinegar and chopped dill and mix.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool before serving.
Serve with sliced ​​sour cream or fresh dill.
