3 cups of white flour
Quarter cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cups or a little more water than need, warm

One and a half teaspoon of yeast

Preparation of
Mix warm water, honey (or sugar) and yeast and leave for 10 minutes to activate.
Knead flour, salt, yeast, extra virgin olive oil and milk thoroughly.
Put the dough in a greased bowl, lubricate all sides and cover it. Let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
When ready to cook, divide the dough into 3 and roll 3 flat bread and place it in 3 greased molds.
Bake in the oven heated at 230 ° C until the bread is swelling and gold color.
5 minutes before you get the breads from the oven, mix the breakfast zahter and infiltration olive oil and spread on the breads.
Apply the zahter spice mixture and olive oil to the breads, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
At the end of the time, serve the hot breads hot.
