1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice or white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation: Strain the canned chickpea and set aside the juice.
Puree chickpeas with a blender or kitchen process.
Add 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice or white vinegar to the chickpeas that you have mashed.
Mix the mixture in the blender or kitchen processor for a few more minutes.
Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup of sugar to the mixture and mix again. The amount of sugar may vary depending on your taste.
Beat the mixture at high speed. After whisking for about 5-10 minutes, the mixture will foam and solidify.
Aquafaba is ready! You can use it in your recipe.

Preparation: Set the oven to 175 degrees and lubricate the cake mold.
Beat aquafaba, vinegar and sugar at high speed. Beat the mixture for 5-10 minutes or beat until it reaches the consistency of dense foam.
Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and optional cocoa powder in a bowl.
Add vegetable oil to the Aquafaba mixture and mix.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the aquafaba mixture and mix with the spatula.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake mold and correct it.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes.
After cooking, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Serve by slicing. Enjoy your meal!
