Original Bolonez Sauce Recipe (Italian style) Materials
1 kilo of minced meat
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
2 handles celery, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup of white wine
1 cup of meat or chicken broth
1 teaspoon of dry basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dry thyme
1 bay leaf

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large saucepan.
Add onion, carrots and celery and cook for about 5 minutes until soften.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the ground beef and cook with a wooden spoon.
Set salt and pepper.
Pour the white wine and mix by scraping from the bottom.
Add the chopped tomatoes, broth, basil, oregano, thyme and bay leaves.
After a boil of the sauce, reduce the heat to a low level.
Close the lid of the pot and cook the sauce for at least 1 hour by stirring occasionally.
Remove the bay leaves and set the spice salt and pepper if necessary.
Pour the Bolognese sauce over the pasta and serve.
