How to make pumpkin seeds? Materials
2 cups of raw salt -free pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons of avocado or grape seed oil (or vegetable oil with another neutral taste) -depending on my own-
A pinch of salt (to give flavor, optional)
Preparation of
Set the oven to 180 degrees and heat.
Spread the pumpkin seeds evenly on a baking tray and cook in the oven until the smell of 10-12 minutes.

Mix the seeds until they get a smooth and creamy paste.
If the mixture is too dark or dry, add oil. Add some salt at this stage.
When the pumpkin seed is ready, transfer it into an air -proof container and store it if the refrigerator. (It can be stored up to 2 weeks.)
