1 kg of lamb meat (cube cube chopped)
15 -20 pieces of shallot onion (in whole, peeled)
Half a glass of roasted almonds (the membrane cleaned)
1 cup grapes (fresh, stems cleaned, white coarse grain grapes) (dry white grapes can be preferred according to the season)
3 tablespoons of butter
Half a cup dried apricot (roughly chopped)
Half a cup of dry figs (roughly chopped)
6- 6 pieces of prunes (roughly chopped, purple plum)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of sumac
2 cups of water (hot water)

Preparation of
Add the chopped lamb meat to the butter in the large saucepan you have previously melted.
Roast the meat by mixing the meat and broth over medium heat up to medium heat.
When the meat starts to pull the juice, add the shallots into the saucepan.
After roasting the meats and onions together for another 5 10 minutes, include flour, Sumağı, vinegar and hot water in the pot.
Close the lid of the pan and leave your food to cook until 40 to 40 -45 minutes over mediumly low heat softened.
When the food is almost ready to be ready, add grapes, plums, figs, apricots, almonds, honey, salt and pepper.
Cook the dinner for 5 minutes while all the ingredients are in the pot and close the bottom.
Serve the mutancan hot.
