Naan is a kind of fermented bread that is popular in India and Pakistani cuisine. Usually cooked in a oven called tandoor. Naan is a traditional Indian, Pakistan and Afghanistan cuisine. Here is a simple recipe to make naan at home:
Ingredients: 3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 cup oil oil
1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 egg
Preparation: Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, whisk oil, milk, yogurt and egg. Slowly add dry ingredients to this mixture and knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a foil or cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into small pieces and open each piece slightly on a floured surface.
Heat your ceiling thoroughly and place the naans in the pan. Cook the bottom of the naans until golden color, and then turn the other side.
Serve the naans hot. Enjoy your meal!

1 teaspoon of instant yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 cup hot water
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Butter
Preparation: Take the flour into a container, open the middle. Add the yeast, sugar and salt.
Add the oil and yogurt, slowly stir and add the flour. Knead the dough by adding hot water.
Cover the dough and leave for 1 hour to ferment.
Cut the mandarin -sized pieces from the fermented dough and roll with your hands and place it on the greased paper -series baking tray.
Spread the crushed garlic and press a little.
Bake in a pre-heated 220 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
While serving hot hot, spread some butter on it.
