VATA Balancing Recipes: Easy and Practical Gold Milk Recipe
Materials
2 cups of almond milk
1 cup of drinking water
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or another sweetener -like the Bal-
1 teaspoon of powder turmeric
Half teaspoon of dust cinnamon
Quarter teaspoon powder black pepper
Quarter teaspoon powder
1 tablespoon of butter or a little less simple oil
Preparation of
Put almond milk and water in a medium -sized pot over medium low heat.
Add maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper and amulet.
Beat thoroughly.
Heat the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes.
At the end of the time, remove the gold milk mixture from the stove and allow to cool a little.
If you wish, strain or serve without draining.
Finally, add the butter and serve when melts.
