Although this dish has many different recipes, the following recipe may be an example for Punjabi Sabzi: Materials: 2 Potatoes, Cubed chopped
2 carrots, chopped cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup cauliflower, reserved for small flowers
1/2 cup fresh beans, cut
1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
1 tablespoon powder turmeric
1 tablespoon dry mango powder
1/4 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of black seed
Preparation: Add oil to a saucepan and heat.
Add the onions and fry until pink.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for another 1 minute.
Add all vegetables and mix.
Add the spices (salt, red pepper powder, powder turmeric and dry mango powder) and mix.
Add 1/2 cup of water, mix and close the lid.
Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked.
Finally, add the black seed and mix.
Serve hot.
