Banana Bread Recipe: Fit & Gluten -Free, Paleo Recipe
When two of the best flavors are combined in a single delicious nut, you will get this incredibly humid and rich dark chocolate banana bread.

Banana Bread Recipe: Fit & Gluten -Free Recipe Materials
Half a cup melted coconut oil or butter
Half a cup of coconut flour
3 large eggs, at room temperature
2 big mature bananas, crushed
3/4 cups of honey
Half teaspoon of baking powder
100 g dark chocolate -as little sugary as possible-
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate a cake mold and put aside.
Add coconut oil to a mixing bowl -or butter, coconut flour, eggs, baking powder, crushed bananas and 1/4 cup honey.
Mix with a spoon until thoroughly mixed, transfer to the mold.
On the other hand, melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and add half a glass of honey and mix until thoroughly mixed.
Pour over the bread and send it to the oven.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Check a toothpick after 25 minutes.
Leave to cool for at least 45 minutes before removing the bread from the mold.
