1 tablespoon chia seed

1 cup of drinking water

Preparation of
In a small pan, add olive oil and then tapioka flour.
Mix on a very low heat until it reaches a custard -like consistency. Blend the oil and flour beautifully.

Then add drinking water, powdered mustard and two eggs.

Divide this dough into two separate trays.
Open the first dough with the help of a roller until a moderate pizza dough is as thin.

Optionally, some coconut oil or olive oil can be applied on the dough and the donut grass, sesame seeds can be added.
Finally, cut the dough with a knife or pizza cutter in small frames, all of which are ready. And drill small holes with the help of a fork.
Bake the crackers in a 250 degree oven you preheated for 15 minutes until they are brown.
