Homemade Paleo Chocolate Recipe

With this chocolate, you can make chocolate coconut paste, chocolate marshmallow or salty caramel cups!
Materials
1 cup of raw powder cocoa (you can grind raw cocoa seeds yourself or use raw cocoa powder)
Half a cup of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of raw honey
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla bar
Quarter teaspoon stevia powder or 4-5 drops of liquid Stevia-depending on the class-

Melt the coconut oil slowly at the lowest temperature of the stove. Add honey without increasing the heat of the stove and beat a little until it melts.
Add cocoa powder to the coconut and honey mixture and beat continuously.
When you start to see a bright form, turn off the stove and remove the mixture from the stove.
After taking it from the stove, beat your chocolate mortar for a while. Make it exactly smooth and bright.
Finally, add the vanilla or vanilla essence to the mixture and whisk.
If chocolate is not as sweet as you want, add a few drops of liquid stevia or powder stevia.
Paleo chocolate mortar on the bleached oven paper finely spread and cool in this way. (You can also use small molds for this job if you want.
When it cools, cut the chocolates roughly and serve. Evaluate in other recipes if you want.
