4 glasses of flour
1 pack of instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation of:
Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl.
Mix hot water and oil and add to the mixture.
Knead the ingredients, knead until you get a soft and elastic dough.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes and then press the dough a little and give a round shape.
Throw a few cuts with a knife on the dough.
Place the dough on a greased baking tray and leave to ferment for about 1 hour in a warm place.
After the dough swelling, bake in a pre-heated 200 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and let it warm a little.
