How to prepare for a natural mouthwash?
Ready garbages usually include components that have negative effects on health, including the following:
Chlorhexidine – this antibacterial compound was found to kill useful microbes that help to properly expand the blood vessels. When used twice a day, it is among the findings that it significantly increases blood pressure.
Long -term use of chlorhexide also leaves stain in teeth because it reacts with tannins found in food/beverages such as chemical coffee, red wine, blueberries and chocolate.
Triklosan – Although it is forbidden to use in soaps in some countries, triclosan is still widely used in toothpastes and mouthwashes.
The evidence shows that it intervenes in hormones and that it actually makes individuals who struggle with chronic diseases more ill.
Parabenlar – MethylParaben is generally used as a preservative in the mouthwash. It is thought to intervene directly in hormones.
Alcohol – Many mouthwashes contain alcohol in high concentration that can dry/peel our protective mucosal layer. Research suggests that frequent use of alcohol -based mouthwashes can increase the risk of oral cancer four to five times.
In order to avoid these harmful substances, it is wise to prepare your own mouthwash at home or to turn clean products.
