Is farm salmon healthy?

There are three different types of Omega-3 fatty acids:
Alpha-linolenic acid (Ala),
eikosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
Ala fatty acids are found in plants (such as linen, hemp, chia seed, walnut).
However, Ala’s transformation into DHA Omega-3 is low. Therefore, vegetable resources are not sufficient to get sufficient EPA and DHA. We need consumption of salmon and similar fatty fish.
When it comes to fish choice, salmon is one of the first preferences that come to mind.
However, often cheaper and more accessible salmon is typically growing. Are these salmon grown on the farm really healthy?
Is farm salmon healthy? Unfortunately, it is not possible to answer this issue yes or no. A certain segment sees the farm fish as a bomb ready to explode completely, while other people claim that it is a strong opponent to the wild salmon.
Those who never recommend consuming farm salmon suggest that these fish contain high pollution levels, dioxins, PCBs and substances that may cause permanent damage to the human body.
On the other hand, the number of people who say that farm salmon is a better choice than wild salmon compared to wild salmon is not a better choice.
Farm salmon is more oily than wild ones. Therefore, they are launched even more delicious. People’s chefs are also preferred by those who are generally grown instead of wild salmon.

How to understand farm salmon? Breeding salmon are lighter and more pinky than wild ones. The color of the wilds is reddish or orange.
There are much less fat marbling in their meat because they do not fight against currents such as farm fish and wild ones.
The fillets that look very uniform and perfect in color are usually the ones growing.

What is the difference in Norwegian salmon Black Sea Salmon? Black Sea salmon grow at much higher temperature than in the Norwegian. This causes the Black Sea salmon to be less fatty and less developed. This salmon is lighter. It is also known as Turkish salmon.
