Materials
1 onion
1 piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
3 liters of broth
3 stars anise
1 pinch of black pepper
3 Pieces
1 rod cinnamon
2 tablespoons of honey or sugar
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
400 grams of rice noodles
300 grams of beef steak, thin sliced
Fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, fresh onions, lemon slices and hot pepper

Previously set the oven to 180 degrees. Put the onion and ginger on a baking tray and cook for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Put the broth in a large saucepan and add fried onions and ginger, star anise, black pepper grains, cardamom, cinnamon bar, honey or sugar and fish sauce. Mix all the ingredients and boil. Then boil for 30-40 minutes over low heat.
Then remove the spices in the saucepan and add the noodles to the pot. Boil until cooked.
Then add the steak slices and cook for 1-2 minutes. When the soup is ready, add the garnishes such as fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, fresh onions, lemon slices and hot pepper.
Serve the pho soup hot. Enjoy your meal!
