The most important point of this dessert is the adequate whipping of the egg whites.
Let’s start by flapping our egg whites.
It would be good to make the mixing with a mixer. The procedure should continue until the egg whites hardening.
When the hardening starts, let’s add 1 cup of powdered sugar into the egg gradually.
Let’s do this very slowly, with the help of 1 spoon so that our egg white does not extinguish.
Let’s mix it slowly after each sugar adds.
The mixture should be bright, homogeneous.
Vanilla extract, lemon juice and corn starch in the same way slowly and politely on the egg.
It’s time to buy the dense consistency mixture to 150 degrees and get it in the oven!
Let’s pour our Pavlova cloth mortar with round on a baking tray. The edges should be almost empty. We will fill the middle part with our cream fill later.
Don’t forget to lay greasy paper so that it does not stick!
It will not be appropriate to use a cake mold for Pavlova recipe.
