The Romesco Sauce is a delicious sate with lightly sweet bottom notes in a sharp taste of Spanish cuisine.
This flavor, where tomatoes, peppers and nuts meet, can be served with grilled meat, chicken, fish or vegetables.
It can also be preferred as a bottom sauce or on small sofas.
What is Romesco Sauce? From the Catalonia region of Spain; It is a multi -purpose sauce in the city of Tarragona.
In the most traditional recipe, the materials are prepared by beating in a mortar and served with fresh fish daily.
In fact, there is no exact recipe for Romesco sauce. Each Catalonian cook prepares the sauce by taking his own signature.
However, slightly bitter red door pepper or pepper, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, nuts, bread and vinegar sauce are considered as the basic components of sauce.
How to serve Romesco sauce? It is a versatile and multi -purpose sauce that you can enjoy in any way.
Fish, lamb, chicken, shellfish, grilled vegetables, oven potatoes, hamburgers, sandwich or just one piece of crisis can evaluate this sauce on the bread.
You can also use it as a dip sauce for fries or chips.

ROMESCO SOS Recipe Ingredients
4 medium -sized tomatoes
1 Large Boy Wall Red Pepper or 1 Large Size Red Kapya Pepper
4 cloves of garlic
Half a cup of almonds or hazelnuts (can be used together)
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Less than 1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon of pain and sweet chili peppers
1 slice of fried bread
Roast the almonds and hazelnuts in the oven for a short time.
Divide the peppers and tomatoes in two and send them to the oven on the baking tray with greasy paper. Add the garlic to the oven.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until it gets completely black on the vegetables.
Separate the vegetables coming out of the oven from the charred shells.
Put the peppers, tomatoes and garlic into the kitchen processor.
Add half of Robota olive oil, vinegar and other spices.
When your sauce gets a smooth consistency, add a slice of bread that you have already fried to the mixture.
Slowly add the rest of the olive oil to the sauce.
Transfer your ready sauce to a glass jar.
Lift it to the refrigerator for 1 day to rest.
Your sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
