The jar must be inclined to remain the lid during sprouting. This will prevent the risk of disruption of a possible mold.
The next day you will see that the sprouts started to explode!
After the sprouts explode, change the juice twice a day. Put clean water in the jar, turn it over and drain the water. The jar must always be inclined.
We don’t want the seeds to stay in water! They should be slightly moist with only clean water!
Your broccoli sprouts will be ready to be consumed on the 4th or 5th day depending on the ambient temperature, humidity and seeds.
At this point, move your jar to a point that receives sunlight for 1-2 hours-but not directly. This will allow sprouts to take green color thanks to chlorophyll!
You can start consuming your sprouts 12 hours after the last filtering process.
Filizes ready for consumption must be stored in the refrigerator. And the sprouts should not be very humid. For this, we can cover the sprouts with a paper towel.
Ideally, broccoli sprouts should be consumed fresh within 3 days. This time may extend until a week. But do not consume them at the point where sprouts start to smell bad!

How is Broccoli sprouts taste? The taste of sprouts is similar to broccoli. It is light. However, it has a little more pepper together than mature broccoli. There is no spice taste as high as other sprouted seeds.

How to use broccoli sprouts? It is not recommended to cook them to get the highest yield from sprouts.
You can consume the raw sprouts you have harvested directly to salads and smoothies. You can use it in cold soups. Don’t hesitate to salt and lubricate them!
