1 cup of whole grain red rice 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation of
Boil two and a half cups of water in a medium -sized pot set over medium heat. In the meantime, wash 1 cup of rice under cold water.
When the water boils, add rice, butter and salt.

Cook until the rice is softened.
